We are a Potts Point mortgage broking firm and have helped our clients finance property in the local area and beyond for more than 20 years. Financing apartments in the inner-city can be more challenging than buying a house in the suburbs.

most lenders don’t accept. There are other policy considerations relating to security,
such as high-density and postcode restrictions.
ABOUT ADRIAN
Adrian moved to Potts Point from the leafy, quiet and mildly anaesthetising
lower north shore almost 30 years ago.
He has been an active member of the local community for many years, including
involvement in local business partnerships and local politics.
Potts Point is the model for density done well.
We have apartment buildings that are well built, and with good design. We have good social
infrastructure – parks, hospitals, schools, healthcare and transport.
Density supports amenity, with locally owned and operated shops, cafes and restaurants.
‘While gentrification has made Potts Point wealthier and less bohemian,
it is still home to a diverse and eclectic mixture of people.
We still do have a sense of community. These qualities are not unique to Potts Point,
there are many pockets in Sydney like this.
