Adrian undertook the process of assisting
me to organise finance in an orderly, efficient and methodical
way. he was able to understand my business and my somewhat
complex finances. This enabled him to be my advocate, and
so find a lender that would refinance an existing commercial
loan at residential rates. At each step of the process he
explained any difficulties, and then went to great lengths
in solving them. Adrian had previously financed an apartment
in the (community title) building I was buying into, and knew
the lenders that would do it, saving much time in not having
to canvass the market prior to my purchase. I knew I could
leave it to him. He knows the agents, the solicitors, the

I had been through hoops trying to
find not only a suitable apartment in Elizabeth Bay, but appropriate
finance. Adrian Bartels clarified a number of concerns I had,
helped me sort through the maze of finance options, and laid
out the otherwise often confusing steps needed to secure a
home loan and complete the purchase transactions. Buying property
is stressful. Having a finance broker who I could trust, and
who was more than happy to answer any questions I had, no
matter how obvious, helped take some of the pressure off.
I also liked that he knew the area, and could understand why
I was so keen to buy there. Even after I bought my apartment

My first contact with Adrian Bartels
was six years ago when he arranged my finance for the purchase
of an investment unit. He has since then organised three more
loans for my husband and I, and is currently helping us with
2 other properties.
I have found Adrian not only to be professional but also extremely
helpful. On a few occasions, he has come to my offices or
home to explain in clear and simple language what my options
ere and then proceeded to arrange the required loans with
a minimum of fuss.
After my loans were settled and having found the bank statements
quite confusing, Adrian had no hesitation in meeting with
me again in order to work out and explain exactly where all
of the money had gone. He also identified a fee which should
not have been charged to us and persisted in getting the back
to refund the amount they had wrongly charged me.
We were also impressed and thankful in the way Adrian had
been pro-active in suggesting and organising various ways
of setting up our loans which have:
a. saved us thousands of dollars
b. made the process of banking much easier
I have recommended him to my business partners, for whom he
has arranged loans. They have in turn referred him to other
parties. Adrian is currently helping another member of my
