Why Use Me?
I will help you identify an appropriate loan structure; and will compare competitive loans for you. I will then submit
the loan to your choice of lender, get the loan approved, and liaise with all the interested parties to ensure that
all valuations, documents, and other requirements are met so that you can be the first to secure the property - and
settle on time!
You may wish to think of me as your private banker, except
that, unlike any other private bankers, I don't just represent
one bank's interests. Rather, I continue to look after your
interests with the strength of more than 30-lenders on the
panel offering you choice when your loans are reviewed.
EXPERIENCE:
Adrian has 10-years experience in the mortgage and finance
industry. As an insurance underwriter for three years, Adrian
gained valuable understanding of risk analysis. During the
last seven years as a broker, Adrian has negotiated finance
for individuals, family and unit trusts, partnerships and
companies to purchase and/or refinance company and strata
studios and apartments, houses, retail and office suites,
factories, warehouses, rural retreats, resorts, and medium-size
residential and commercial developments. If you’re going
to borrow hundreds of thousands of dollars and more, get professional
help. If anybody can place your finance expertly and at competitive
rates and fees, Adrian can.
REMUNERATION:
As Bartels Property Finance receives a commission from the
lender, Adrian's services cost you nothing.
